Goal Setting is one of the most important and yet emotionally difficult tasks facing most modern professionals in today's world. Almost all of us would have set New Year Goals and Resolutions. Yet by June and July, they seem like a distant memory. 

While some have never tried to list down their goals, many have taken those initial steps, but in the hustle and bustle of life and competing requirements of work, relationships and mental health, we are left wondering if goal setting makes any sense. 

Even people who were motivated once after setting far reaching goals, often become crest fallen after having failed to achieve those.

The truth is Goal Setting is best viewed as a Handon Exercise, done systematically and reviewed periodically. 

In this workshop we will go through a deep dive on the Concept of Clarity, followed by a hands-on workshop. 

We will delve into questions like :

Why is it so hard to be clear about things and what we can do about it ?

What is the main obstacles that prevent us from setting clear achievable goals

What are the key sabotage triggers that cause us to fail, even before we have started and what we can do about it

What are the important areas of life, where goal setting can make significant impact

- A detailed hands-on session on Goal Setting in the main areas of your life. ( we will be writing, please being a notepad or use a writing device )
