    Come join me for a deeply meditative painting workshop, where we will explore the flow of creativity, presence, and surrender through alcohol inks. 

    We will begin with a guided meditation to awaken your inner artist, tuning into breath and sensation to open the channels of intuitive expression. As the inks move and blend effortlessly, so too will we explore the principles of fluidity, spontaneity, and embodied awareness. To amplify the experience, music will guide our process, acting as a muse to deepen our connection with the moment.

    About the Host

    Nafisa is a Pune-born NYC-based multidisciplinary artist. Her creative practice is at the intersection of art, psychology, and movement. She is passionate about weaving movement therapy and art therapy to create communal spaces of connection. Her practice embodies the belief that art is not just an expression but a tool for transformation.

    Her explorations are primarily through alcohol ink painting, dance, and yoga. Besides alcohol inks, she also works with watercolours, acrylics, and photography.
