About Facilitators  
Antrima Mandhan- Antrima Mandhan is a Mindfulness & Presence Oriented Facilitator. She has been working with clients all over the world since 2020 as an inner wellbeing companion. She believes in the intrinsic wisdom of the body-mind to navigate and live a fulfilling and aligned life. She is trained in an array of Mindfulness & trauma informed practices.

Swaruti Tamang- Presently residing in Pune, Swaruti is a practicing psychologist and teaches college students in her field. A true Pahadi at heart, she loves being in nature and enjoys the company of trees and humans alike. She discovered the evolving field of mindful self-compassion during her research work at university and went on to get trained in the field. The foundation of her work with self and others is mindfulness and emotion focused. She takes having fun very seriously;)
