    This workshop is a gift to your inner child - the part that holds your emotions, creativity, and innocence, waiting to be seen and embraced
    Join us for a heart-opening Inner Child Connection workshop, where we’ll explore:
    💨 Breathwork – Ground yourself and open the doorway within.
    🌀 Guided Visualization – A journey to connect with your inner child.
    🎨 Creative Expression – Integrate the experience through art.

    This is not a therapeutic session, but a gentle invitation  to self-exploration—a moment to honour and acknowledge your inner child in a safe, welcoming space.

    Aanchal Sharma is a psychotherapist with over three years of experience supporting young adults and adults in navigating life’s challenges.
    She holds an MSc in Psychology from Queen Mary University of London, along with certifications in Hypnotherapy, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), and Timeline Therapy. She is also well-trained in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Inner Child Work.
