What’s in a name? is CA turned Standup Comedian Arun Sriram’s fifth comedy special.
A laugh riot that leaves every audience member something to think about, at the end of it. In this laugh riot, Arun talks about his life as a full-time comedian, ponders whether he is still middle class and also questions and provides his own point of view on societal stereotypes around names.
Every person is referred to by a name since birth, acquires names through relations in family circles, designations at work. On top of that there are identities created out of work done, social stratus, ideologies followed and the list is endless. How many are out of choice and how many are compulsively forced?

Arun Sriram is a Chennai bred Bangalore based CA turned standup comedian who is on a mission to spread smiles one gig at a time by making inclusion commonplace in performing arts.
Before What's in a Name?
Arun had completed 4 solo specials since 2018 performing at houseful shows in Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai and Hyderabad amongst other cities across India and to audiences across the world on zoom.
His humour is non-controversial and is ideal for audiences who believe comedy is beyond just ROFLing.
